随着测序技术及基因治疗的快速发展,越来越多的罕见病的致病机理及治疗方法有机会从板凳推向临床。在这过程中,具备疾病同源性、表象一致性、药物预见性的动物模型,特别是全人源化小鼠模型,对于疾病的发病机制、药物靶点研究以及药效评价等方面起到重要推进作用。罕见病联盟单位开发了一系列罕见病小鼠模型,如基因敲除、基因敲入、点突变、人源化小鼠等,加速罕见病药效学验证的开展。 联系赛业
