Gsdma^em#Lty

CRISPR/Cas9 technology using 5 sgRNA 5-CTCAACTGTGACTTTCCTGA-3 and 3 sgRNA 5'-TTTCTCAAGGGGAAAGACTG-3 was used to delete exons 2-11 in cis with the Gsdma3tm1.1Lty allele. Four founders (F1-9, F1-12, F1-16, and F1-18) were generated. F1-9 and F1-12 contain the same 11007 bp deletion, F1-16 has a 11024 bp deletion, and F1-18 has a 10998 bp deletion.
