在exon 15的上游插入了loxP位点，通过同源重组，又在exon 16的下游插入了FRT标记的neo cassette和另一个loxP位点。通过Flp酶介导的重组，neo cassette被去除了。随后，Cre介导的重组移除了含loxP标记的exons。(来源：J:227243)
