Tg(Slc17a6-EGFP/Rpl10a)1Uze

A bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clone from C57BL/6 BAC library RP23-84M15 is used to obtain mouse genomic DNA containing the entire mouse Slc17a6 gene. This BAC was modified to insert cDNA for the eGFP-L10a (TRAP) followed by a polyA signal in frame into exon 2 of Slc17a6, replacing most of exon 2. (J:305241)
