经过突变的Mybpc3 cDNA在一种小鼠α-MHC启动子的调控下表达。Mybpc3的磷酸化位点（Ser-273, Ser-282, Ser-302）以及相邻可能被磷酸化的两个位置（Thr-272, Thr-281）被替换为 Alanine，并在构建中加入了myc表位。生成了45、262和272号线，但262号线被选中进行进一步研究。（来源：J:117505）
