这个靶向构建在exon 4的上游插入了loxP位点，下游跟着一个由FRT引导的诺卡因抗性基因座，基因座带有3'的loxP标记，然后是突变的exon 4，去除了3'端的UTR。通过FLP介导的重组，选择性载体被移除，剩下的是野生型的exon 4，带有loxP的修饰。(来源：J:284194)
