The allele specifically lack of NF110, one isoform of Ilf3 (interleukin enhancer binding factor 3) gene products. With the CRISPR/Cas9 technique, a nonsense mutation was introduced at the first amino acid position of exon specific to NF110 isoform. (J:104881)
