创建Csrp3tm1a(EUCOMM)Hmguallele所使用的靶向载体经过了T到G的变异，将exon 3中的 cysteine(密码子TGT)替换为 glycine(密码子GGT)，产生了p.C58G的突变。通过同源重组使用这个修改后的载体后，产生了突变型的创始小鼠。这些小鼠与表达Flpe的FLP酶小鼠杂交，导致FRT序列和位于intron 2中的lacZ和neomycin抗性基因簇被剔除。最终得到的突变基因型在intron 2中包含一个FRT和一个loxP位点，exon 3带有p.C58G的改变，这种变异模拟了人类HCM相关的心肌肥大症突变。(来源：J:307893)
