在使用CRISPR/cas9技术（sgRNA为CATTCGTCAGGAAGAAAAGG）时，插入了一个deltaCTT（TGA(stop)插入）突变，这个突变发生在编码第339位氨基酸（第8外显子）的序列之后。为遗传学鉴定，还引入了两个无义突变：aa331由ATT替换为ATC（沉默突变），aa332由CGT替换为CTA。参考文献：J:304755
