这个靶向载体通过同源重组在C57/BL6干细胞中插入了loxp位点，FRT介导的neo cassette位于第2外显子上游，以及在第9外显子下游也插入了loxp位点。通过Cre重组，通过删除2到9号外显子实现了对基因的全局无义突变。(来源：J:246999)
