LoxP sites flank exons 5 of the Adgrl4 gene. An frt-flanked neomycin selection cassette was removed via FLP1-mediated recombination in the germline. The F1 generation mice were crossed with EIIa-Cre mice to generate a null allele by recombining loxP sites in the early embryonic stage. (J:245698)
