Cre介导的chr15染色体间重组，涉及Tn(sb-SBlac)15.184347Fsp(位于GRCm39的15:62708842-62708843)和Tn(sb-SBlac)15.193058Fsp(位于15:63225637-63225638)，这次重组大约移除了517kb，保留了一个转座子元件(顺向)在缺失区域。转座子包含Sleeping Beauty转座子的倒置重复、LoxP位点、人类β-珠蛋白的HBB启动子、lacZβ-半乳糖苷酶报告基因、SV40的poly(A)信号序列，以及另一段Sleeping Beauty转座子的直接重复。被删除序列位于Myc的拓扑关联域(TAD)内，包含Myc的增强子Rr38。(参考文献：J:212391)
