Cre介导的chr15染色体间重组，涉及Tn(sb-SBlac)15.196554Fsp(位于GRCm39的15:63564154-63564155)和Tn(sb-SBlac)15.179039Fsp(位于15:63590844-63590845)，这次重组大约移除了26.7kb，保留了一个转座子元件(顺向)在缺失区域。转座子包含Sleeping Beauty转座子的倒置重复、loxP位点、人类β-珠蛋白的HBB启动子、lacZβ-半乳糖苷酶报告基因、SV40的poly(A)信号序列，以及另一段Sleeping Beauty转座子的直接重复。删除序列位于Myc的拓扑关联域(TAD)内，包含驱动元件Rr333和Rr313939。(来源：J:257739)
