在ROSA定位插入了以下组件：CAG启动子、一个由loxP序列环绕的STOP cassette、带有3xFLAG标记的Hoxa2 cDNA、一个IRE-SGFP、WPRE元件、bGHpoly(A)以及一个PGK-neomycin cassette。只有在Cre介导去除STOP cassette后，这个等位基因才会表达Hoxa2和EGFP基因。（来源：J:320009）
