设计了一个靶向载体，它删除了编码3个超重复序列的53-64号外显子(15,326bp的缺失，位于chr2:52,250,795-52,266,120)，通过Osdd载体(提供阴性选择的TK)和同源臂(4kb左、3.5kb右)，允许删除序列被FRT标记的neoR阳性选择 cassette替换。通过Flp介导的重组会移除neoR cassette。(来源：J:331852)
