Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm8.3(CAG-tdiRFP*)Imayo}

The targeting construct introduced the tdiRFP713NLS reporter gene expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence into 3 UTR region. Both cre- and flp-mediated recombination is required to achieve expression of the reporter. FRT-Stop-FRT cassette was removed by crossing pCAG-FLPe strain. Then, loxP-Stop-loxP cassette was removed by injecting pIC-Cre expression plasmid to the fertilized eggs. Therefore, tdiFP713NLS is expressed by all cells throughout the body. The HA-epitope tga was is attched to tdiFP713NLS. (J:104881)
