The targeting construct introduced the tdiRFP713NLS reporter gene expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence into 3 UTR region. Both cre- and flp-mediated recombination is required to achieve expression of the reporter. loxP-Stop-loxP cassette was removed by injecting pIC-Cre expression plasmid to the fertilized eggs. The HA-epitope tga was is attched to tdiFP713NLS. (J:104881)
