设计了一种靶向载体，其在Wntless同源基因(Drosophila的Wls)编码序列的exon 1上游插入了loxP位点，接着是含frt标签的诺卡因抗性基因(neo)区，再接一个loxP位点位于exon 2上游。通过Flp酶介导的重组，去除了neo cassette，使得exon 1的编码序列被标记为可剪接。随后，Cre介导的重组移除了exon 1。(来源：J:260471)
