The targeting construct introduced the mutation responsible for the amino acid substitution of tyrosine to cysteine at position 334 (Y334C). Two silent mutations (p.I324 and p.T325) were also introduced. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked selection cassette. (J:315052)
