Met^{tm2(MET*)Tcre}

Ex14Del-ki mice harbour the "humanized" knock-in mutation of the human MET allele without exon 14 that replaces the mouse Met gene. The coding region of exon 3 plus partial intron 3 was replaced with the mutant human MET CDS without exon 14" (NM_000245.4; 4032 bp). C57BL/6N ES cells were used for gene targeting. (J:82809)
