CAGroxStoproxConfetti被设计针对Rosa26基因座，通过四个具有独特荧光蛋白序列的串联模式，并在相反方向用loxP位点分隔。它由两个相邻的、头尾相连的二聚体构成，每个二聚体包含一个前向的loxP和mCFP，后跟反向的RFP，然后是一个反向的loxP；另一个二聚体包含前向的loxP和YFP，反向的nGFP，再跟着另一个反向的loxP。这个等位基因在confetti之前包含了roxStoprox cassette，这样，只有在双Droxi和CreloxP重组发生后，Dre+Cre+细胞及其后代中才会表达出黄色荧光蛋白（YFP）、绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）和红色荧光蛋白（RFP）这种单色荧光报告。如果没有Cre重组，Droxi-lox重排后只会表达mCerulean CFP。来源：(J:278107)
