Trp53^tm5.1Glo

An arginine to histidine substitution (G-to-A at position 515) was introduced at codon 172 (p.R172H) in exon 5. In addition, a loxP site, Trp53 exons 5-11 with a native polyadenylation signal sequence, and FRT site flanked PGK puromycin resistance gene cassette and second loxP site were inserted in intron 4. The PGK puromycin cassette was removed via Flp-mediated recombination. (J:268678)
