The intronic Gata2 enhancer was targeted with an sgRNA (targeting TCTCCTGCCGGAGTTTCCTATCCGG) using CRISPR/Cas9 technology, resulting in a 47 bp deletion (CTATCCGGACATCTGCAGCCGGTAGATAAGGAAACTTCGTGTATCTG) that deletes the E-box and Gata-binding sequences. (J:295045)
