Two guide RNAs (5'-TCATCATCGCGTTGACGGAT-3', PAM=GGG; 5'- GACGGATGGGGAGCTGCACG-3', PAM=AGG) and a single-stranded DNA containing the E150V mutation is used to create a GAG to GTA missense mutation. A silent mutation was also added, creating a ScaI restriction site (AGTACT). This mutation hinders the binding of ANTRX1 to collagen. (J:331389)
