LoxP site was inserted in intron 1 and intron 2 flanking exon1 followed by neo and CD and an additional loxP. The cre mediated recombination will result in either exon 1 deleted null allele, or generate a conditional null allele with the exon 1 flanked by loxP. (J:322607)
