设计了一个靶向载体，用于在基因的3'端插入一个双抗原决定簇（HA标签）。在第6外显子上游插入了LoxP序列，随后是含FRT标记的诺卡因抗性基因座，而在第6外显子下游也插入了另一个LoxP位点。通过Cre和FLP在生殖细胞中的重组，去除了诺卡因抗性基因座以及带有HA标签的第6外显子。（来源：J:272910）
