设计了一种靶向载体，用于在基因的3'端插入一个双抗原糖(HA)标签。在第6外显子上游插入了LoxP序列，随后是含FRT标记的诺卡因抗性基因座，下游则插入了另一个LoxP位点。通过FLP介导的生殖细胞重组，去除了诺卡因抗性基因座，留下LoxP序列环绕着HA标记的第6外显子。(来源：J:272910)
