设计了一个靶向载体，目标是在第一个编码外显子(Exon 2)的上游插入一个loxP位点。载体包含F1 FRT位点、FRT位点、1kb的 mouse engrailed 的剪接接受体片段、5kb的Adgrl2融合的mVenus绿色荧光蛋白、polyA信号、FRT位点、PGK-诺卡因抗性基因座、串联的FRT和F1 FRT位点，以及另一个loxP位点，这些都被放置在Intron 2中。通过Cre和Flp介导的生殖细胞重组，成功地去除了Exon 1、cDNA/Venus基因融合以及诺卡因选择标记。(来源：J:246190)
