从serine racemase（Srr）BAC RP23-174M12（RZPD）这个克隆中，我们使用了包含39号外显子的片段作为靶向载体，插入了两个loxP序列，它们夹在26号外显子前后，接着是一个1.6kb的FRT-PGK-gb2-neo-FRT的loxP序列片段。通过FLP重组后，FRT-PGK-gb2-neo-FRT元件会被剔除，留下一个FRT和loxP位点。接下来，通过 germ line Cre重组酶，2-6号含loxP标记的外显子会被删除。（来源：J:319913）
