A loxP-flanked Neo-3x-stop cassette, murine Il7r containing the B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL)-associated activating P243insPPCL mutation, and a self-cleaving T2A-linked GFP reporter were inserted into the locus. The P243insPPCL mutation is an in-frame insertion of four amino acids; proline, proline, cysteine, and leucine at the position 243 proline. (J:317339)
