Using homologous recombination in ES cells, a T2A-CreERT2 cassette was inserted in-frame immediately before the stop codon of the mouse Unc5b gene. The Frt-Neo-Frt cassette in the founder line was removed by breeding with Flpe deleter mice. (J:317073)
