Ssh brain enhancer SBE5, in an intron of the Lmbr1 gene, was targeted with sgRNAs (targeting CACCGTGTGCTGTTCACTTCTTGGC, AAACGCCAAGAAGTGAACAGCACAC, CACCGTAAATTATCAATGTACAGGC and AAACGCCTGTACATTGATAATTTAC) using CRISPR/Cas9 technology, resulting in the deletion of the enhancer. (J:231964)
