这个序列包含了Gly-Ser-Gly间隔区（也叫OST，OneSTrEPtag），两个STOP密码子，一个loxP位点，小鼠Ace（血管紧张素I转化酶，peptidyl-dipeptidase A1）的启动子，cre重组酶基因，一个诺卡霉素抗性基因座，以及另一个loxP位点。它在编码序列的3'端插入，通过cre介导的自我剪切，能够在雄性生殖细胞中去除cre+neo基因座。OST与蛋白质的融合可用于亲和纯化。参考文献：J:282407
