Tg(Tek-Edil3)#Chav

The transgene insert contains the following elements: the mouse TEK receptor tyrosine kinase promoter (2.1 kb HindIII restriction segment including most of exon1), murine EGF-like repeats and discoidin I-like domains 3 cDNA, Tek enhancer sequence (1.7 kb XhoI-KpnI restriction fragment from inside 5' half of intron 1), and SV40 poly(A) signal sequences.
