来自IKMC项目71713的一种靶向载体被用来产生这个等位基因。L1L2_Bact_P元件包含FRT序列后面是lacZ序列和一个loxP位点，接着是一个由人类β-actin启动子驱动的诺卡因抗性基因，后接SV40polyA，再是第二个FRT位点和第二个loxP位点。第三个loxP位点插入在目标的第9和10号外显子下游。因此，关键的第9和10号外显子被loxP位点所 flank。通过Flp介导的重组，lacZ和诺卡因抗性基因被删除，剩下9和10号外显子被-loxP标记。(来源：J:255302)
