Tg(Igh-Myc)#Yde

Genomic fragments containing mouse Igh 3' regulatory regions hs3a, hs1,2, hs3b and hs4 were placed downstream (in their endogenous order) of a mouse Myc gene cassette (comprising genomic sequence for Myc promoters P1 and P2 and all exons and introns). The entire construct was flanked by chicken beta globin HS4 insulator sequences to promote position independent and copy number dependent regulation of the inserted gene by the regulatory regions.
