通过CRISPR/Cas9技术，将ES细胞中Nestin基因座靶向插入loxP、rox、d4GFP、SV40poly-A、rox、终止子、loxP、Flpo和bGHpoly-A，这些位于小鼠Nes基因的起始密码子处。d4GFP两侧有rox标记，可与Dre-deleter小鼠杂交去除。Cre会剪切掉d4GFP和终止子，当Nestin表达时，允许Flpo蛋白表达。(来源：J:290856)
