The tetO tetracycline responsive element followed by cDNA sequence coding for the zinc and ring finger 3 extracellular domain were inserted into exon 1 of the locus. The CAG promoter followed by the rtTA16 transactivator cDNA was inserted into intron 1 in the reverse transcriptional direction. This allele expresses the Znrf3 sequence in the presence of doxycycline. (J:236636)
