Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm1(CAG-TGFB1*)Lba}

A construct comprising the following elements was inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus: CAG promoter, a FRT site, a neomycin resistance gene cassette, a STOP cassette, a FRT site, the constitutionally active mutant form of simian TGFB1 cDNA containing the two point mutations C223S/C225S (TGFCA), IRES sequence, the eYFP fluorescent reporter gene, and bGH poly(A) sequence. The inserted TGFCA gene and the reporter gene will only be expressed after removal of the neo-STOP cassette through flp-mediated recombination. (J:294598)
