The transgene comprises the MHC class II (I-Ab)-restricted TCR specific for a peptide derived from the glycoprotein (G) of vesicular stomatitis virus serotype Indiana (VSV-IND), derived from the Vb2+ T cell hybridoma 31.2.10 Tcrb gene (leader, Vb2, Db1.1, Jb2.1, Cb2) . The TCR sequence was preceded by the H2-Kb promoter and followed by beta globin intron 2, poly(A) signal sequences and an Igh enhancer. (J:307526)
