Foxl1^{tm2(cre/ERT2)Khk}

The targeting vector contains a Cre recombinase/ERT2 fusion, a viral 2A oligopeptide that mediates ribosomal skipping, and a tdTomato reporter followed by neomycin resistance cassette inserted after the ATG site in exon 1. The insertion deletes 200 bp of the coding sequence rendering the allele null. (J:94077, J:313017)
