使用了KOMP Repository中的靶向载体PRPGS00208_A_B10来构建这个等位基因。载体包含一个FRT序列，接着是β-半乳糖苷酶（lacZ）基因和一个SV40polyA序列。随后是loxP位点、抗氨苄青霉素基因、另一个SV40polyA、第二个FRT位点以及在第5外显子下游插入的第二个loxP位点。第7外显子中还有一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组，去除了FRT标记的neo cassette/lacZ序列。(来源：J:101977)
