CRISPR/cas9基因编辑技术用于在第4外显子的两侧插入loxP位点。使用一个1.6kb的左臂、1.1kb的右臂、两个loxP序列(序列为ATAACTTCGTATAGCATACATTATACGAAGTTAT)以及整个第4外显子的双链导向DNA，来产生敲除型基因。5'端的loxP序列位于第4外显子前方211个核苷酸，3'端的loxP序列位于其后170个核苷酸。通过DNA测序筛选后代，以识别目标精确的幼崽。(来源：J:101977)
