Tg(Prnp-Tardbp,-EGFP)19Zxu

A loxP site, mouse Tardbp DNA binding protein cDNA sequence, an internal ribosome entry site (IRES), an enhanced green fluorescent protein sequence (EGFP), a second loxP site and polyA sequence was inserted between exon 2 and exon 3 of mouse Prnp gene. Founder line 19 was identified with GFP expression in central nervous system and desirable Tardbp expression level/pattern. (J:319624)
