This allele was created using the EUCOMM project knockout-first targeting construct that places an FRT site, a strong splice acceptor site, a lacZ gene, a loxP site, a neomycin resistance gene cassette, a second FRT site and a second loxP site into intron 3 and a second loxP site into intron 6. Western blots confirmed the absence of protein expression from this allele. (J:294865)
