在第3个内含子插入了loxP位点和FRT位点，伴随着一个诺卡因抗性基因座，然后在第6个内含子插入了另一个loxP位点。通过后续的Flp介导重组，去除了诺卡因抗性基因座。通过Cre介导的重组，删除了4-6号外显子。免疫组化结果显示，这个等位基因不表达肽。(来源：J:281205)
