从抗真菌特异性T细胞杂交瘤57.9中提取的重组Vgamma6-Jgammal-Cgammal Tcrg基因，去除了Cgamma1段的3'沉默元件。来自同一杂交瘤的重组Vdelta1-Jdelta2-Cdelta Tcrd基因被克隆在H2-Kb启动子下游，接着是β珠蛋白的2号外显子、2号内含子、3号外显子，以及poly(A)信号和Igh增强子。gamma和delta构建被一起注入受精卵中。建立了9个不同的转基因小鼠品系（52、56、74、77、78、114、115、131、134）。(参考文献：J:166278)
