L1L2_gt1 cassette被插入到了染色体2的2号外显子3上游位置，这个 cassette 包含一个FRT标记的lacZ序列连接到新霉素序列，后面跟着一个loxP位点。随后在3号外显子下游位置，再次插入了一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组，FRT标记的lacZ/neo cassette被移除。Cre介导的重组则去除了3号外显子。(来源：J:157065)
