CRISPR/Cas9 technology generated a 316 bp deletion that includes the entire exon 3 resulting in a frameshift. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of TESMIN-L protein and RT-PCR confirmed the absence of Tesmin-S transcript. (J:288964)
