在14-16号外显子的两侧，我们插入了loxP位点。同时，一段由loxP位点分隔的EGFP和诺卡因筛选元件，再以FRT位点包裹，被插入在14-16号可删除外显子上游。通过FLP介导的重组，去除了FRT标记的EGFP和诺卡因筛选组件，留下一个FRT位点和保留的14-16号可删除外显子。(来源：J:276323)
